Refund and Returns Policy

General Terms

This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may return or exchange products purchased from Top Lady Lingerie retail stores or our online store. This policy applies to all products purchased from Top Lady Lingerie unless otherwise specified.

Zero Refund Policy

Top Lady Lingerie maintains a strict Zero Refund Policy. No cash refunds are offered for any returned products, regardless of the circumstances.

All eligible returns will be processed as exchanges for products of equal, higher, or lesser value according to this policy.

Customers should be aware that no cash refunds will be issued for returned products. Instead, once the returned item is inspected and accepted:

  • A credit note will be issued.
  • The credit note can be used to purchase a new item.
  • If the new item is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
  • If the new item is of lower value, additional items may be selected to utilize the remaining credit.
  • If the replacement item is of equal value, a direct exchange will be completed.

Exchange Policy

To qualify for an exchange, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Products should preferably be returned in their original packaging.
  • If the original packaging is unavailable, products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Acceptance of returns without original packaging is subject to inspection and management discretion.
  • Returned products must be unused and free from visible signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

Exchange Process

  1. Inspection
    All returned products will be inspected upon receipt to verify their condition. Customers will be notified once the inspection has been completed.
  2. Exchange
    Eligible products may be exchanged for another item of equal, higher, or lower value.
  3. Price Difference
    If the replacement item costs more, the customer must pay the difference. If it costs less, no cash refund will be given. Customers may select additional products to make up the remaining value.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of safely returning products.
  • Top Lady Lingerie will cover shipping and delivery costs for faulty products returned within the eligible exchange period.
